Can I get a refund or exchange on any items?

No refunds or exchanges are accepted. All items are made to order so please ensure you are completely satisfied when placing your order.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. Please ensure you have entered the correct address at checkout.

How will the artwork be packaged?

All prints are wrapped in foam sheets and packaged in cardboard backed ‘Do Not Bend’ envelopes.

What is the process of buying an original art piece?

Please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you within 72 hours with the price and any other additional information you may require.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments via Paypal.

Do you offer commissions ?

Currently commissions are not being accepted but will be considered in the future.

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. In the event where an item is damaged on arrival, you have 14 days to claim a refund. Returns are processed once the print has been received back to us. All customers are responsible for shipping costs. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.

What is the lead time ?

As all prints are made to order, the lead time is 3-5 workings days
